Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 series launched in India, Price, Specification

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7 + have been launched in India. This flagship Samsung Android tablet has been launched in the global market during the company’s Galaxy Unpacked event. At the same time, now both tablets have knocked in the Indian market as well. These laptops have been introduced with three color options and storage configuration. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 comes in both LTE and Wi-Fi models, but the Samsung Galaxy S7 + is only introduced in LTE variants. Pre-booking of tablets has started with some offers and discounts.

The Wi-Fi variant of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 is priced at Rs 55,999 with 128 GB of storage. At the same time, its LTE variant is priced at Rs 63,999 with 128 GB storage. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 + only comes in LTE variants, whose 128 GB storage costs Rs 79,999. Both tablets will be available for purchase in three color options, namely Mystic Black, Mystic Bronze, and Mystic Silver.

Samsung says that the Wi-Fi model of the Galaxy Tab S7 will be available for purchase at Reliance Retail and Samsung stores, while the LTE variants of both tablets will be available for purchase at Samsung Shop, Amazon, Flipkart, and select retail outlets. Interested customers can pre-book the Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy S7 + from August 26 today.

Customers pre-booking the Galaxy Tab S7 will get the opportunity to buy a keyboard cover for just Rs 10,000, which is actually priced at Rs 15,999, with an additional cashback of Rs 5,000 on their HDFC credit and debit cards. Customers pre-booking the Galaxy Tab S7 + will also be able to purchase a keyboard cover of Rs 17,999 for Rs 10,000, but a cashback of Rs 6,000 will be available on their HDFC credit and debit cards.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 specifications

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 works on Android 10, with an 11-inch WQXGA (2,560×1,600 pixels) LTPS TFT display, which has a 120Hz refresh rate and 274 PPI pixel density. It is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor, which has 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. MicroSD card support is given up to 1 TB.

For photography and videography, this tablet has a dual rear camera setup, whose primary camera is 13 megapixels and the second camera is 5 megapixels. An LED flash and autofocus support is also provided with the camera setup. It has an 8-megapixel sensor for selfie and video calling.

Samsung has provided 4G (optional), Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS / A-GPS, and USB Type-C port among the connectivity options. In addition, sensors include accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The tablet comes with wireless DeX support, providing a mini desktop-like experience.

The Galaxy Tab S7 comes with an 8,000 mAh battery that provides three hours of video playback on a single charge. Apart from this, quick charging support is available. The weight of this tab of 253.8×165.3×6.3mm is 498 grams.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 + has a 12.4-inch WQXGA + (2,800×1,752 pixels) Super AMOLED display, which comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and 287 PPI pixels density. Apart from this, the Tab is equipped with Snapdragon 865+ processor, 6 GB LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 128 GB of storage. MicroSD card support is also given up to 1 TB.

Like the S7, the S7 + also comes with dual rear camera setup and the selfie camera on this tab is also 8 megapixels.

Connectivity options include 4G as well as Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS / A-GPS and USB Type-C port. Talking about sensors, it includes an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, and magnetometer. Apart from this, the tablet also has an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The Galaxy Tab S7 + has a larger battery than the S7, its battery is 10,090 mAh, which provides 4 hours of video playback on a single charge.
