Redmi 9 may be launched soon in India, Rebranded version of Redmi 9A and 9C

Redmi 9A or Redmi 9C can be introduced in India as Redmi 9. Xiaomi India chief Manu Kumar Jain on Wednesday gave information about the new product, which has the moniker 9. Although Jain has not revealed the actual product at the moment, it is likely that the upcoming phone may be Xiaomi Redmi 9A or Redmi 9C under the Redmi 9 branding. Let us tell you, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has launched Redmi 9 in India as Redmi 9 Prime. Recall, the Redmi 9A, and Redmi 9C were launched in Malaysia in June.

Manu Kumar Jain, tweeting on Wednesday, informed about the arrival of Redmi 9. Jain has said 9 monikers in his tweet, under which Xiaomi has launched various smartphones this year. In this tweet, he has asked his followers what will happen next. This has clearly indicated that the company is preparing to launch the Redmi 9 ahead. Xiaomi has already launched Redmi 9 as Redmi 9Prime in the country. It is quite possible that we can see Redmi 9A or Redmi 9C as Redmi 9 in the country.

At present, no information regarding the launch date has been clarified. It is believed that the phone can be introduced in the first week of September next month.

Redmi 9A, Redmi 9C price

Both devices have been launched in Malaysia, where the Redmi 9A handset’s 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage variant costs RM 359 (around Rs 6,300). It will be available in Midnight Gray, Peacock Green, and Twilight Blue colors. On the other hand, the 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage models of the Redmi 9C handset will be sold for RM 429 (about Rs 7,500). This phone is available in Midnight Gray, Sunrise Orange, and Twilight Blue colors. It is believed that its Indian price will also be around this.

Both phones support dual-SIM, which runs on MIUI 11 based on Android 10. Both phones have a 6.53-inch HD + (720×1,600 pixels) LCD dot drop display, which has a 20: 9 aspect ratio. However, the Redmi 9C phone is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G35 processor, while the Redmi 9A phone has a MediaTek Helio G25 processor. The triple rear camera is present in Redmi 9C, but only a single rear camera has been given in Redmi 9A. Both phones have a 5-megapixel selfie camera. Apart from this, 5,000 mAh battery has been given in both phones.
