Realme 5 Series and Realme C11 Start Receiving Software Update

Realme 5, Realme 5s, Realme 5i, and Realme C11 smartphones have started receiving September 2020 update in India, which has brought the August 2020 Android security patch to all smartphones. This update has been rolled out in Stacked Manor for all four phones, which means that very few people will get this update in the initial form. However, as soon as the company will make sure that there is no serious bug present in this update, it will be rolled out on a large scale. All these updates bring improvements to different problems and super night-time standby feature in all smartphones.

Realme announced the latest updates in India for the Realme 5, Realme 5s, Realme 5i, and Realme C11 smartphones through the company’s official community forum. The updated version number of Reality 5 and Reality 5S is the same, which is RMX1911EX_11.C.55. At the same time, the update version number of Realme 5i is RMX2030EX_11.C.53. On the other hand, the update version number of Reality C11 is RMX2185_11_A.71. Users who have not yet received the update through notifications can manually check the availability of this update by going to Settings. However, Reality has also prepared manual download links for all updates for those users, who cannot wait to get the updates. Those people can go to the software upgrade page and download it.

The update changelog of Reality 5, Reality 5i, and Reality 5S is the same. These phones have received super night-time feature and new smooth scrolling feature through the update. Realme has also introduced IMEI coffee capability in the status information interface and has also optimized the default display of battery percentage.

Apart from this, after this update, users can also uninstall the app directly from the app drawer by pressing the launch on the app. Also, the update has improved the split-screen problem, which cannot be used after enabling any third-party launcher. Some changes have also been introduced in the status bar. Apart from this, the status bar has been optimized, the second display option has been added. Finally, the new update also introduces improvements to the problem where previews and video recording interfaces are debuted in the night scene when using a third-party app.

A dual-mode audio feature has been added in the latest update of Reality C11 and the calling problem has been fixed. Apart from this, the problem of screen shutdown during phone calls has also been fixed in this update.
