The Poco X3 64-megapixel primary camera sensor has been confirmed by the company’s executive on Twitter. The new confirmation about the successor of the Poco X2 comes days after the rumor mill tipped the same primary camera details as the Poco 3. The new Poco phone will be the successor to the company Poco X2, launched in India in February. There are no details about the exact launch date of the Poco X3. However, given the series of officially released teasers, it is likely to debut sometime in the near future.

Angus Kai Ho Ng, product marketing manager, and global spokesperson at Poco, posted a tweet that confirms the 64-megapixel primary camera sensor on the smartphone. The 64-megapixel camera sensor is likely to use pixel binning technology on images of 16-megapixel resolution to provide 64-megapixel results.
The company’s executive posted some pictures with the text, confirming the 64-megapixel camera. One of the images provides a quick look at the Poco X3’s camera interface with features including Pro Mode with options to adjust aperture, exposure value, ISO sensitivity, and white balance.
Earlier this week, Kai Ho Ng suggested four different designs of the Poco X3 camera setup. The executive asked his Twitter followers to guess which of the given designs would be genuine. Images showing different camera setup designs placed four sensors on the back of the smartphone.
The Poco X3 has recently appeared on the US FCC website suggesting a 64-megapixel primary camera sensor. The FCC listing also suggested AI (artificial intelligence) features on the phone to enhance its camera experience.

Along with giving details of the Poco X3 back camera, Kai Ho Ng posted another tweet that contrasts the fast charging experience on the Poco X3 with the Samsung Galaxy A71. the tweet also shows that the new Poco phone battery charges from 65 minutes to 100 percent.
The FCC listing of the Poco X3 proposes 33W fast charging support. However, the tweet posted by the executive did not provide any details about wattage.
It is being said that Poco X3 is rumored to be launched on 8 September. The phone has Qualcomm Snapdragon 732 SoC and comes with a 120Hz display.
