The Black Shark 3S was launched on Friday by gaming smartphone manufacturer Black Shark. In March this year, the company launched Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro and is now the third offering of this series. The new smartphone is similar to the Black Shark 3 in many respects but comes with a 120Hz high refresh rate display and UFS 3.1 flash storage. The Black Shark 3S will be available in China in two colors – Sky Cloud Black and Crystal Blue.
Black Shark 3S price The Black Shark 3S will be sold in two variants, both will have 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM. The 128 GB storage variant costs 3,999 Chinese yuan (about Rs 42,620), while the 256 GB variant costs 4,299 Chinese yuan (about Rs 45,800). Black Shark 3S uses UFS 3.1 flash storage compared to the UFS 3.0 storage included in Black Shark 3 Pro and Black Shark 3 Pro.
Black Shark 3S specifications The Black Shark 3S will take advantage of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset like the earlier models. The dimensions of the phone are 168.72×77.33×10.42 millimeters weighing about 222 grams.
It has a 6.67-inch 120Hz, AMOLED display, which has a 20: 9 aspect ratio and full-HD + resolution (1080×2,400 pixels). The Black Shark 3S display also offers 500 nits brightness support with support for DCI-P3 color gamut and MEMC motion compensation technology.
It comes with support for 5G and other wireless connectivity such as Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5, and multiple satellites for navigation. This is a dual sim mobile phone. Black Shark 3S has an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone has 65W fast charging support with a 4,729mAh battery.
Black Shark 3S has a 20-megapixel selfie camera, which has an F / 2.0 aperture. Rear cameras include a 64-megapixel primary sensor, which includes f / 1.8 aperture and phase detection autofocus (PDAF). It also has a 13-megapixel wide-angle camera, which offers 120-degree field-of-view, and finally, the third camera is a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The Black Shark 3S is capable of recording videos up to 4K 60fps.
